As parents, nothing matters more than knowing your child is safe, happy, and thriving. From the very beginning, this centre has exceeded every expectation we had. The educators are not only highly professional but incredibly warm, patient, and truly invested in each child’s growth. What makes them stand out is the little things that actually mean everything — the way they greet each child with genuine excitement, the thoughtful updates that keep us connected throughout the day, and the effort they put into understanding every child’s unique personality. We’ve seen such a beautiful transformation — growing confidence, social skills, curiosity, and independence. It’s clear this isn’t just a job for them; it’s a passion. They’ve also been incredible in accommodating our child’s dietary requirements, which gave us so much reassurance. On top of that, we truly appreciate how inclusive they are — openly celebrating different cultural events and creating an environment where diversity is embraced and respected. What truly sets them apart is the enriching, hands-on learning experiences. They regularly bring in animals to help educate the children, and recently the kids got to witness eggs hatching into chicks — experiencing the entire process firsthand, which is just amazing. They also have a wonderful community library initiative where children can exchange books, encouraging a love for reading from an early age. As parents, we drop off with complete peace of mind and pick up a happy, engaged child every single day — and that feeling is priceless. The centre management team is organised, welcoming, and clearly committed to providing the highest standard of care. Everyone there truly has the children’s best interests at heart, and I feel confident knowing my children are in such a safe and supportive place. I highly recommend this centre and encourage other parents to see the wonderful environment for themselves. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It’s such a natural environment with plants and animals and the educators emphasise the importance of this daily. The onsite chef makes yummy and nutritious meals every day and our boy eats more there than at home! The staff are highly communicative and attentive, and it is obviously managed meticulously. We recommend them to anyone.

My kids learnt sooo much and they transitioned super well at school and are doing above average in all aspects. - science, cooking experiment -phonics program, levelled readers - Numerous festivities and celebrations - incursions and excursion - art, music and chinese program -independence training like packing own bag, plates, lunch box experience -social emotional program - show and share to boost confidence -graduation ceremony 2/Director, educators, teachers, staff are again 10 out of 10. They are absolutely amazing. Most of them have been there for a long time, so very experienced, caring and know what they are doing. All the educators my children had like Miss D, J, W, J, L, L, F, C, E, P, R, V, A,K, they have done soooo much, absolutely over and above. And it is really truly appreciated. 3/ The younger rooms are great too, the kids are engaged with music, gross and fine motor activities, the educators also read a lot of books to them. They also work with the parents for children development milestones like crawling, jumping, moving to solids etc. The children are not left to cry on their own, they receive lots of comforting cuddles and carrying and the dedicated educators and director get painful hands and arms, bless them 4/ Food is amazing. I always loved attending to all the events and celebrations so I get to eat Miss A’s yummy food!! My children learnt to appreciate different taste and texture! They have healthy and substantial morning and afternoon tea. Lunch is great as well. 5/ Safety conscious. I never have to worry about my children’s safety when they were in Avenue RH. This is a big plus in this day and age.

Head of staff and all teachers are friendly, responsive and we feel secure and trust that they will take care of our little one through everything that we notice in their day to day routines From the hellos our son receives from all staff as soon as he arrives, their app showing photos during the day of the class, schedule, indepth daily recap/newsletters, well balanced meals they provode throughout the day and most importantly when talking with any of the staff, they take their time to connect with us and know alot about our child. Special shoutout to Miss La, who was our sons head homeroom teacher for the past 2-3 years. You were fantastic, wish you the best in your promotion

I have extremely high expectations as a parent, and Avenue RH truly ticks all my boxes. We have been to several daycares in... I have extremely high expectations as a parent, and Avenue RH truly ticks all my boxes. We have been to several daycares in the area and while those are all highly rated, they just cant compare with RH imo. Most importantly, I felt very at peace and at ease for leaving my children in their care, I know they have proper safeguards and measures in place to make sure all the children are safe in their care first and foremost. The Monkey Room provides a very caring and nurturing environment. The educators actively engage with the children and help them develop both gross and fine motor skills, such as jumping, crawling, and gripping. The educators also comfort and settle children with cuddles/carrying them. I arrived at different times of the day and have seen consistency, so I know this is genuine care and not for show. The menu is great too, the morning and afternoon tea are always substantial, nutritional like zucchini slice, carrot cake, home made hummus and cracker, yoghurt and fruits, cheese cup. In our previous centres, morning/afternoon tea was usually just crackers and fruits Their kindy program is absolutely amazing. It includes music, art, Chinese lessons, science, cooking experiments, incursions, excursions, themed celebrations throughout the year, show-and-share sessions, and a truly touching graduation ceremony at the end of the year. The teachers put in so much effort to create a rich and engaging learning experience. My child is doing extremely well in Prep, and I genuinely believe Avenue RH laid a strong foundation for her. She transitioned smoothly without any issues, and the same goes for her brother and several classmates who also attended Avenue RH. I honestly can’t thank the kindy teachers and all the educators enough for everything they do, they are soooo super amazing and it is not easy. They also write a lot of feedback, assessment, stories on storypark, it is good for us parents to see but then we also feel that it could be too much work for the educators and we dont want them to burn out. The director is very knowledgeable and caring. She knows every child and their parents by name, which really shows how dedicated and involved she is. Most of the educators/kindy teachers have long tenure and I think it is a good sign. She has also been very attentive and supportive to my family, and we appreciate her leadership

All five of my grandchildren have attended this childcare centre over the past 8 years. The staff are consistent and friendly, always helpful... We always feel welcomed. They also provide fresh, nutritious meals. We feel thankful for the care they have given our grandchildren over the years.

As a first-time mum, I felt nervous at the beginning, but the educators have shown so much understanding, support and patience. They take the time to listen, answer questions, and make both parents and child feel comfortable and secure. We feel very grateful to have found such a caring and professional team.
