They staff care so much about the children and the environment is safe and interactive. The children love the chickens and ducks and can even take the guinea pigs home in the weekends. I can not recommend and praise this centre enough.

I cannot recommend this childcare centre enough! The Centre Manager and Educational Leader are both absolutely amazing — so welcoming, understanding, supportive, and genuinely caring. The ladies there were always so helpful and took the time to explain and help me better understand my CCS, which I truly appreciated. My child absolutely loves the farm animals and the garden area, and it’s such a beautiful environment for children to learn, explore, and grow in. Since attending this centre, my child has learnt so much and developed so much confidence. He used to be very shy, but now he is outgoing, social, and loves trying new things and experiences. The educators and staff create such a warm and welcoming environment, and you can truly see how much they care for every child. I’m so grateful for all the love, patience, and effort they’ve put into helping my child grow and thrive. Thank you all so much for everything you do!

The managers, Teresa and Casey are extremely passionate and warm and approachable. They treat every child as an individual and make the time to get to know each child's needs. They are warm, kind, extremely flexible and genuinely work to build relationships with parents and children. This culture extends to all of the team at Avenues KP. My son needed extra support to settle into a childcare environment. His class teacher is exceptional and the entire team, even staff who don't usually work in his classroom and the chef got to know him and were all personally invested in building relationships with him so he would feel safe, confident and cared for. Avenues KP puts a focus on the natural environment with outdoor play, veggie garden, composting, chickens, ducks and guinea pigs as well as a focus on creativity with a pottery studio and multiple messy play and arts and crafts opportunies for the children. You can easily tell that their focus is on being a part of the local community and providing a wonderful learning environment that prioritises children's emotional and social well-being, not just their academic pre-school skills. My son is now thriving and I am so grateful to the team at Avenues KP!

We enrolled our first daughter at Avenues Runcorn Heights back in 2019 after I had only taken six months of parental leave and... We enrolled our first daughter at Avenues Runcorn Heights back in 2019 after I had only taken six months of parental leave and urgently needed a childcare service near Sunnybank Hills. After visiting more than six centres, this one truly stood out. The centre was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the educators were warm, genuine, and incredibly supportive. A special mention goes to the centre manager - Miss Donna whose deep knowledge of early childhood education and willingness to patiently answer every question gave us great confidence. We joined the waitlist and were very fortunate to secure a place for our daughter. During the COVID period, the management team remained approachable and maintained very high hygiene standards, which gave us peace of mind. Before our second daughter was born, we added her to the waitlist, and she was able to join the nursery at just five months old. The teachers cared for her with so much love and attention, it truly felt like they treated her as their own. Over the past 7 years, the centre has continued to improve including major renovations such as repainting and upgrading the playground. They also create a strong sense of community by hosting celebrations for events like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter and Christmas, always inviting families to be part of these special moments. The food is another highlight, freshly prepared and absolutely delicious, thanks to Miss Anise. Both of our daughters loved it. The educators are also very attentive when children are unwell, always calling promptly and providing helpful guidance. Now that both of our daughters are in primary school, they still love going back to visit their teachers. That says everything - children remember those who genuinely care for them. We are incredibly grateful to all the wonderful educators at this centre. It has truly felt like an extension of our family. Thank you!

As parents, nothing matters more than knowing your child is safe, happy, and thriving. From the very beginning, this centre has exceeded every expectation we had. The educators are not only highly professional but incredibly warm, patient, and truly invested in each child’s growth. What makes them stand out is the little things that actually mean everything — the way they greet each child with genuine excitement, the thoughtful updates that keep us connected throughout the day, and the effort they put into understanding every child’s unique personality. We’ve seen such a beautiful transformation — growing confidence, social skills, curiosity, and independence. It’s clear this isn’t just a job for them; it’s a passion. They’ve also been incredible in accommodating our child’s dietary requirements, which gave us so much reassurance. On top of that, we truly appreciate how inclusive they are — openly celebrating different cultural events and creating an environment where diversity is embraced and respected. What truly sets them apart is the enriching, hands-on learning experiences. They regularly bring in animals to help educate the children, and recently the kids got to witness eggs hatching into chicks — experiencing the entire process firsthand, which is just amazing. They also have a wonderful community library initiative where children can exchange books, encouraging a love for reading from an early age. As parents, we drop off with complete peace of mind and pick up a happy, engaged child every single day — and that feeling is priceless. The centre management team is organised, welcoming, and clearly committed to providing the highest standard of care. Everyone there truly has the children’s best interests at heart, and I feel confident knowing my children are in such a safe and supportive place. It’s such a natural environment with plants and animals and the educators emphasise the importance of this daily. The onsite chef makes yummy and nutritious meals every day and our boy eats more there than at home! The staff are highly communicative and attentive, and it is obviously managed meticulously. We recommend them to anyone.

We had great experience with Avenues RH for both of our children. 1/ Kindy program is 10 out of 10. I can’t fault it.... My kids learnt sooo much and they transitioned super well at school and are doing above average in all aspects. - science, cooking experiment -phonics program, levelled readers - Numerous festivities and celebrations - incursions and excursion - art, music and chinese program -independence training like packing own bag, plates, lunch box experience -social emotional program - show and share to boost confidence -graduation ceremony 2/Director, educators, teachers, staff are again 10 out of 10. They are absolutely amazing. Most of them have been there for a long time, so very experienced, caring and know what they are doing. All the educators my children had like Miss D, J, W, J, L, L, F, C, E, P, R, V, A,K, they have done soooo much, absolutely over and above. And it is really truly appreciated. 3/ The younger rooms are great too, the kids are engaged with music, gross and fine motor activities, the educators also read a lot of books to them. They also work with the parents for children development milestones like crawling, jumping, moving to solids etc. The children are not left to cry on their own, they receive lots of comforting cuddles and carrying and the dedicated educators and director get painful hands and arms, bless them 4/ Food is amazing. I always loved attending to all the events and celebrations so I get to eat Miss A’s yummy food!! My children learnt to appreciate different taste and texture! They have healthy and substantial morning and afternoon tea. Lunch is great as well. 5/ Safety conscious. I never have to worry about my children’s safety when they were in Avenue RH. This is a big plus in this day and age.

Head of staff and all teachers are friendly, responsive and we feel secure and trust that they will take care of our little one through everything that we notice in their day to day routines From the hellos our son receives from all staff as soon as he arrives, their app showing photos during the day of the class, schedule, indepth daily recap/newsletters, well balanced meals they provode throughout the day and most importantly when talking with any of the staff, they take their time to connect with us and know alot about our child. Special shoutout to Miss La, who was our sons head homeroom teacher for the past 2-3 years. You were fantastic, wish you the best in your promotion
