However, the kindness, patience, and genuine care that our daughter is receiving each day at Harmony Bardon has helped us feel confident that we made the right choice. It has been incredibly reassuring to know she is in such capable and nurturing hands. This has meant a great deal to us as parents during this transition. My husband and I recently attended Harmony while searching for a daycare for our 9-month-old daughter. As first-time parents, the process can feel incredibly daunting — trying to find not just a facility, but the right people to entrust with your whole world. We were hoping to find somewhere our daughter would be safe, nurtured, and supported with the same love and care we give her at home. From the moment we attended our meet and greet, we felt reassured. Alice, the director, was truly wonderful. She made me feel genuinely heard and took the time to thoughtfully answer every question we had. She walked us through policies, procedures, developmental approaches, cleanliness standards, and team practices in a way that eased so many of my concerns. Her warmth and openness made a lasting impression on us. Alice also suggested we attend a stay-and-play session so we could meet the nursery team, particularly the room leader, and experience the environment firsthand. We are so grateful we did. Alanah, the room leader, was so kind and approachable, answering all of our questions with patience and care. Carla was equally lovely and attentive, making us feel completely comfortable. Both of them made my husband, our daughter, and I feel welcomed and valued throughout our visit. We also met another beautiful team member (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name) whose child is also in the nursery. Our interaction with her was just as positive — she was warm, reassuring, and helped us feel even more at ease. From the warm greetings on arrival to the genuine attentiveness shown during our time there, we never once felt ignored, dismissed, or like we were asking too many questions. Instead, we felt supported and understood. Thank you for such a positive and reassuring experience. It’s interactions like these that truly put a parent’s mind at ease and make the decision to place our child in your care feel like the right one. We are incredibly grateful.

Having moved into the area just over a year ago, we had toured several facilities but none could compare to the Harmony Bahrs... Having moved into the area just over a year ago, we had toured several facilities but none could compare to the Harmony Bahrs Scrub standard! We have been so privileged to have secured spots for both of our to attend (aged 3yr and 9mnths) As a family we have all created positive and secure relationships with admin and carers across the campus community. They are always so warm, welcoming and attentive to the individual needs, personalities and special interests of our children. Sincere thanks for taking great care of world(s) in our absence 💗🌎

The level of care, warmth, communication and professionalism sets a bar that we haven’t been able to find anywhere else. On top of that, the centre itself is incredible. The modern, thoughtfully designed spaces and the quality of resources available to the children simply can’t be matched. Every detail feels intentional and centred around the children’s development and wellbeing. We actually pulled out of a house purchase simply because the local childcare options were so far below the standard Harmony Varsity Lakes set. We’ve since purchased down south and constantly find ourselves wishing we could just pick Harmony up and bring it with us. If you’re lucky enough to get a spot here, don’t take it for granted. Truly exceptional in every way.

The staff are all highly qualified and personable + communication is prompt and transparent. It was a hard decision to send two of my children here to a new, un-tested centre, but I (and the kids) could not be happier.

We had such a beautiful experience at Harmony Broadbeach, and we only had to leave because we were moving. From the very beginning, the... We had such a beautiful experience at Harmony Broadbeach, and we only had to leave because we were moving. From the very beginning, the centre felt warm, calm, and genuinely caring. The management is exceptional — Erin, the director, is kind, approachable, and truly dedicated to creating a safe and loving environment for both children and parents. You always feel listened to and supported. The educators in the baby and toddler rooms are absolutely wonderful. They are gentle, attentive, and clearly care deeply about the children. Leaving my child there always felt easy and reassuring, which means everything as a parent. The chef on site deserves special appreciation — the meals are beautiful and nourishing, and it gave me so much comfort knowing my child was eating so well. I also really appreciated how easy and friendly the app is, as well as the security and face recognition system, which made me feel very confident about my child’s safety. A small but very meaningful detail for me was being able to leave the pram on site — it made daily drop-offs so much easier. After visiting several childcare centres, Harmony Broadbeach truly stood out. It felt like a place where children are genuinely cared for, not just looked after. I’m very grateful for our time there and would wholeheartedly recommend it to any family.

Communication is excellent and I always feel informed, reassured, and confident that my daughter is being well looked after. She always looks like she’s having so much fun and is constantly engaged with great activities and resources that are clearly well thought out. Being a first time mum, It’s such a comforting feeling knowing she’s in such a warm, nurturing environment. Highly recommend to any family looking for a centre.
