I was very anxious about starting our child in daycare so we toured 6 centres to make sure we found the best fit for our child. I instantly fell in love with HB. It is so beautiful and thoughtfully designed, extremely clean, and feels safe and warm. We were a little apprehensive with it being a new centre, but the director and several educators have previously worked together at a sister centre which was reassuring for me. The educators are absolutely amazing and we feel that our child is treated like an individual rather than just another number in the room. They are so accommodating with our requests and seem to genuinely want what’s best for our child. I also love receiving updates on food, nappies, sleep, etc. in real time via the app. So happy we went with HB - thank you Abby and team!

The staff have been exceptional in helping my little one gently transition into daycare. We did a lot of stay and plays prior to my daughter starting officially. I felt comfortable during every visit and the educators and staff were happy to answer any of my questions. There is excellent communication through the centres app and the educators are also always happy for me to ring for an update throughout the day while my daughter is in their care. Thanks Bangalow Harmony for being so trustworthy, caring and kind.

The spaces are so thoughtfully curated to suit every learning style, with SO much available to spark their imaginations - the resources there are endless! And the feeling of each space is just so warm, inviting, and nurturing. I toured several centres prior to enrolling, and this centre is literally in a league of its own. Our 3 boys attend different rooms across different age groups and we could not be happier with the care they receive from the entire team. We have no meltdowns at drop off time, with the boys welcomed every morning to smiling faces who are genuinely happy and excited to see them. It has become a home away from home for all of us, which is exactly what we were hoping for through the early learning/day care stage.

We’re very happy with the level of professionalism, engagement, support and care that the educators provide. They have transitional phases to help transition from different rooms as the children grow and develop. We couldn’t be more happy with Harmony Balmoral and we highly recommend the centre.

However, the kindness, patience, and genuine care that our daughter is receiving each day at Harmony Bardon has helped us feel confident that we made the right choice. It has been incredibly reassuring to know she is in such capable and nurturing hands. This has meant a great deal to us as parents during this transition. Well done Abby, you and your team are fostering such a welcoming and supportive environment; and it has truly made all the difference for our family.

My husband and I recently attended Harmony while searching for a daycare for our 9-month-old daughter. As first-time parents, the process can feel incredibly daunting — trying to find not just a facility, but the right people to entrust with your whole world. We were hoping to find somewhere our daughter would be safe, nurtured, and supported with the same love and care we give her at home. From the moment we attended our meet and greet, we felt reassured. Alice, the director, was truly wonderful. She made me feel genuinely heard and took the time to thoughtfully answer every question we had. She walked us through policies, procedures, developmental approaches, cleanliness standards, and team practices in a way that eased so many of my concerns. Her warmth and openness made a lasting impression on us. Alice also suggested we attend a stay-and-play session so we could meet the nursery team, particularly the room leader, and experience the environment firsthand. We are so grateful we did. Alanah, the room leader, was so kind and approachable, answering all of our questions with patience and care. Carla was equally lovely and attentive, making us feel completely comfortable. Both of them made my husband, our daughter, and I feel welcomed and valued throughout our visit. We also met another beautiful team member (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name) whose child is also in the nursery. Our interaction with her was just as positive — she was warm, reassuring, and helped us feel even more at ease. From the warm greetings on arrival to the genuine attentiveness shown during our time there, we never once felt ignored, dismissed, or like we were asking too many questions. Instead, we felt supported and understood. Thank you for such a positive and reassuring experience. It’s interactions like these that truly put a parent’s mind at ease and make the decision to place our child in your care feel like the right one. We are incredibly grateful.
