We have recently moved from NSW to QLD and can not believe how incredible this daycare center has been. The communication between centre management and the educators with parents is unmatched. You see the same faces at drop off and pick up so the educators actually know what your child has done all day and can give you a good recap of how they are going. This has been especially comforting for our family as our daughter adjusts to her new daycare. Our daughter has both a mild medical condition and food restrictions all of which have been handled beautifully and with out a fuss by the centre. The centre is always incredibly clean and tidy, I have never seen any child standing alone crying (which was something I saw often at previous daycare centres over the years) the staff are so caring and comforting. If there has been any illness at the centre we are notified straight away and the centre even goes as far to deep clean the carpets and rooms 3 times a week to stop any sickness spreading. Again this was unheard of at previous daycare centres its amazing we haven't been sick once in 5 months from daycare ! The security in place at the centre is also incredible with face recognition technology to enter to building, CCTV camera in the rooms and no room in the centre that isn't visible from a window absolutely puts my mind at ease leaving my child here all day know they are safe. We are so incredibly greatful to all the staff for taking such wonderful care of our daughter ❤️

My son has been going there for the past few months and he genuinely loves it — he even asks to go there on days when he’s not attending:) The educators are kind and caring, I feel they are really attentive to each kid. The whole place has a home-like atmosphere, which made the transition to daycare so much easier for us.l and I feel kids feel like at home. My son told that he preferred new daycare to the old one even though he's loved his previous daycare as well. I see how happy and relaxed he is at pickup time, usually excited to show me his toys or what he’s been playing with during the day. So,we are very happy we chose Harmony Daycare and would definitely recommend it to other families.

All of the staff are so caring and I can tell they really love what they do. My boys have all had close bonds with their educators and that has helped them feel safe and secure. The centre is always beautifully cleaned and has a very nurturing and welcoming atmosphere. We are always warmly greeted each morning and the communication throughout the day is exceptional. I trialled a few other centres before Harmony and even though we have moved and are now further away, the longer drive is worth it for the outstanding service we receive day in and day out. Thank you to all the staff at Harmony! You are our village and I couldn’t be happier.

We joined Harmony Balmoral in January 2025 after trying a few different childcare centres with our kids, and honestly, we couldn't be happier.... We joined Harmony Balmoral in January 2025 after trying a few different childcare centres with our kids, and honestly, we couldn't be happier. From day one, this place has felt like a family away from home. The food is cooked fresh on the premises, which we love, and the educators are genuinely lovely. Of course, every centre has its moments with staff changes and the usual ups and downs, but the current team is just amazing. Our kids, who are in kindy and one of the younger groups, are so happy there. They come home full of stories about their friends and their educators, which says everything. I'd love to name some of the educators who have made such a difference to our family, but it wouldn't feel right to single anyone out when the whole team is so wonderful. We've built genuine relationships with so many of them. What really stands out is how they go above and beyond for special occasions and make families feel included and celebrated. It's not just childcare, it genuinely feels like home. We cannot fault anything. A truly lovely centre, clean and with amazing facilities, and we're so grateful to be part of the Harmony Balmoral community.

I have been running out Ready Steady Go kids incursion at Harmony Griffin on a weekly basis for a few terms now and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The smells from the kitchen when we arrive are also a delight with home cooked meal being served. The children are very well looked after with such amazing educators who genuinely care for every child’s needs. They also have a very inclusive environment where children are encouraged to come and join in the fun. As an outsider looking in plus a mum myself I’d feel very comfortable leaving my child to be cared for at Harmony Griffin. Xx

I don’t think I’d ever feel comfortable sending my kids to another centre, thank you for taking such good care of my babies harmony 🥰

We are very happy at Harmony Bardon. The kindy program is educationally rich, sophisticated, run by great staff and challenges the children with... We are very happy at Harmony Bardon. The kindy program is educationally rich, sophisticated, run by great staff and challenges the children with new tasks and projects each day. The Sage room has dedicated and warm staff who go above and beyond for the children. Sky and Tameika have been excellent. One of our children has required more support with separation anxiety. When we raised concerns about how he was going and settling in (which is naturally every parent’s concern), we were met with an individualised plan to support our son, with consistent follow up during the day to put our minds at ease. We receive daily feedback on how our kids are going, and the staff genuinely know our children - they aren’t just a number. The food is excellent, and the chef puts out food for families morning and night, which is a special touch that adds to our consistency and routine. She has also worked with staff to integrate food preparation into lessons with the children. The grounds and rooms are rich without being overstimulating. There is an impressive mix of arts, STEM and tactile resources for the children. There is also a great mix of outdoor play elements, including water play and native gardens. The management staff are excellent, professional and warm. They have worked hard to establish relationships with local schools, and we have already attended a prep-readiness evening with principals from both schools, organised by Harmony. We’ve experienced a number of early childhood centres and are very satisfied with Harmony and the community it has fostered since it has opened. We’d recommend Harmony Bardon to anyone.

I was very anxious about starting our child in daycare so we toured 6 centres to make sure we found the best fit for our child. I instantly fell in love with HB. It is so beautiful and thoughtfully designed, extremely clean, and feels safe and warm. We were a little apprehensive with it being a new centre, but the director and several educators have previously worked together at a sister centre which was reassuring for me. The educators are absolutely amazing and we feel that our child is treated like an individual rather than just another number in the room. They are so accommodating with our requests and seem to genuinely want what’s best for our child. I also love receiving updates on food, nappies, sleep, etc. in real time via the app. So happy we went with HB - thank you Abby and team!
