Staff knows your (parents) name, not only your child. Each educator is experienced and truely care about children. They handle accidents and kids being mishaps well. Most of the staff are uber there for long time which means they have been looking after their educators well.

Our son is in the preschooler room, having been at the centre since he was a baby. The teachers are lovely, and you really get the sense they care about the children and want the best for them. In the time we have been there, there has been very little staff turnover. This gives us confidence that the centre is being run well and the staff are happy there, and it’s been so nice for my son being surrounded by the same familiar faces since he started. My daughter is about to start when she turns one and I can’t imagine sending her anywhere else.

He also asked me to send a special "hello" to Ashton, Yulia, and Mathew. From our end, we are sending a massive hug and all our love to the entire group of SDN friends and teachers. Georgy truly misses everyone!

It’s the kind of place where you can see the love and care in every interaction—small moments that mean so much to parents and little ones. That's why we send our second child there too—with our eyes shut! The team takes the time to really get to know each child, their quirks, their interests, and what makes them feel at home. Our child absolutely thrives there, we’re amazed at how much our child learns while still having so much fun. What we appreciate most is the sense of community. It feels less like a childcare centre and more like a village of people who genuinely care about our child. We’re so grateful to have found SDN Kingsford at UNSW Sydney (Owl's House)—it’s a place where our child is not just looked after, but loved. Our daughter, sensitive and slow-to-warm by nature, has thrived under the responsive & individualised care given her at Owl’s House as she has transitioned through three age groups. She adores all of her ‘teachers’. Cannot recommend more highly.

We feel so grateful to have been part of SDN Bluebell from when our son was a baby right through to preparing for primary school. He has loved his “school” and has built such important connections with a steady group of friends and educators over the years. The educators have always been attentive to his personal development, encouraging him to take leaps when he was ready and offering support when he needed it. His absolute favourite memory will be the apple tree in the backyard that he loves jumping off: a perfect example of how Bluebell lets children learn and grow with the natural environment around them. I would highly recommend SDN Bluebell to families looking for a truly child-focused, community-minded early learning centre that nurtures independence, respect, and social responsibility.
