Both of my sons have attended since they were around one year old (the centre has changed names since they first started as babies at 8 months), and they have been there full-time, 5 days a week. As working parents, it has been so important to us that we feel complete trust and peace of mind leaving our children in someone else’s care — and Kids Club has delivered that and so much more. In the babies room, the continuity of staff has been incredible. Many of the same warm, caring educators who looked after our oldest are still there for our youngest, Ashton. That familiarity made dropping off a baby so much easier — I never once worried because I knew he was in exceptionally good hands. The team follows our home routines closely, supports smooth transitions through all the different milestones, and Ashton is always picked up happy and content. He absolutely loves it there — he runs straight to the educators as soon as we arrive and barely remembers to say goodbye to us! Our older son, Channing, thrives in the preschool room. The educators are genuinely passionate about early learning. They actively work on developmental milestones, challenge the children physically, and come up with fun, inventive activities that keep the kids engaged every single day. What stands out most is how responsive they are — they regularly ask for parent feedback and suggestions, and they tailor the learning program around the children’s current interests. It feels like a true partnership in our children’s development, far beyond just “meeting standards.” The food is another highlight. Their chef prepares delicious, healthy meals that the kids actually enjoy, which is no small feat! One of the loveliest things we’ve seen is the strong sense of community. Families build real relationships, older children stay connected with the younger ones, and siblings happily remain at the centre together. It truly feels like an extension of our family. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to keep our children at Kids Club, and any future children we have will be going here too. If you’re looking for a centre that doesn’t just care for your child but truly nurtures their growth, happiness, and potential, Kids Club is exceptional. We are so grateful to the whole team. It’s such a warm, cosy environment, which makes it feel more home like and not overwhelming. The educators are so calm, and nurturing, and my daughter absolutely adores her teachers — especially Miss Rachel! The team always keeps the children engaged with fun activities, little excursions, and special events for families. The cost includes nappies and meals which is a big plus for us! A huge thank you to Claudia and the whole team for making my little one feel so safe, happy, and excited to come in every day :)

As a busy working mum, finding the right place to care for my son while I'm at work has always been a top priority, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with his preschool. He’s been there since he was 9 months old, and the level of care and attention he’s received has only gotten better over the years. This year, new owners took over, but they kept the wonderful staff he’s always known, and they’ve added new team members who are just as amazing. It's really reassuring to see a place evolve and improve while maintaining that warmth and trust I’ve always had with them. One of the things I love most is the meals they serve. They’re healthy, varied, and always introduce him to new foods, which makes mealtime at home so much easier. He’s become so much more adventurous with food, and I know it's because he sees the other kids eating a range of delicious options. The staff are truly special, and I always feel like my son is in safe, loving hands. They’re genuinely happy to see him each day, and I adore how they show him affection—especially those comforting hugs that let me know he’s getting the love he needs when I’m not there. It’s such a relief knowing he’s not just cared for, but really cared about. The learning programs are also fantastic. Every day, he comes home excited to share something new he’s learned—whether it’s a song, a new skill, or a fun fact. It’s clear they put so much thought and effort into their activities, and it’s amazing to see him growing and developing in such a positive, creative environment. Another thing I really appreciate is how diverse the teaching team is. The teachers come from so many different backgrounds, and they share their cultures with the kids. My son is learning about things I couldn’t even expose him to at home, and it’s been such a wonderful way to broaden his world. I also have a new baby at home who’s on the list to start next year, and I feel completely confident going back to work knowing that my little one will be in such good hands. The preschool is so inviting, with bright new playgrounds and lots of fun activities that I know will keep them engaged and happy. The app they use to keep parents updated is another thoughtful touch. It’s so easy to check in on my son’s naps, meals, and photos throughout the day, which means I don’t have to take up the staff’s time at pickup asking how he’s been doing. It’s just one of the many small but thoughtful details that make this place stand out. Overall, I couldn’t be more grateful for everything this centre has done for my family. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a loving, fun, and supportive environment for their little ones.

Our experience at KidsClub has been amazing so far. Since starting, my child has absolutely been thriving, it’s been so nice to see... Our experience at KidsClub has been amazing so far. Since starting, my child has absolutely been thriving, it’s been so nice to see how quickly he settled in. Every day when we get home, all he wants to do is talk about his educators and what they did together. You can tell he has built such a strong connection with them already, which means a lot to us. He always looks like he’s had the best time, and drop-offs are so easy, no tears, just straight in and ready for his day. That alone gives me so much confidence and shows how comfortable and happy he feels there. It really gives you peace of mind knowing you can trust the people caring for your child. Couldn’t be happier

From day one they’ve been so kind, welcoming and genuinely caring, it really makes a difference when you’re leaving your child somewhere new. I loved how thoughtful their learning spaces are. Everything is set up with purpose, inviting and engaging for the children, and you can tell a lot of planning goes into creating those environments. It just feels like a place where children are truly supported to learn and feel comfortable at the same time. Really happy with our experience so far.

You can tell she genuinely cares. The centre itself feels so warm and welcoming, and what stood out the most was how calm and happy all the children were, it just felt right straight away. My son only started this week and he already loves it, which says everything! He comes home talking about his day and is actually excited to go in the morning. Their activities and program are amazing too, lots of variety, really engaging, and you can see how much thought goes into it. So happy we chose KidsClub, it’s been such a smooth transition for our family.

The leadership team has clearly prioritised educator wellbeing, with thoughtfully designed spaces that help staff feel valued and supported. This was evident in the positive interactions I observed throughout the service. The nursery room showcased rich, meaningful documentation, including the music program demonstrating the time, skill, and care invested in children’s learning. Room layouts were intentional, with clear areas for rest and play, and the outdoor environments were well designed to support both safety and engagement. I particularly appreciated the focus on children’s rights and individual profiles, highlighting how well educators know each child.
