My experience so far with kids club has been nothing short of amazing! I raised some of the negative reviews that I saw... My experience so far with kids club has been nothing short of amazing! I raised some of the negative reviews that I saw on here ( google) and a few on some of the parent forums for the central coast with the director and she was completely aware of them as has worked above and beyond as has her team to rectify any problems that people felt. Not once did she try and cover these up and keep me happy just to fill a place. I could truly see the honesty of her responses and she was the first to admit that no place is 100 percent perfect but her staff are all 100% dedicated and go above and beyond to make children their priority which is such a relief to hear as a parent. The Director also had so much time for me in person and via email as I had a million questions being a first time mum and I never once felt rushed or dismissed. I will be recommending this centre to everyone. Upon my tour, I noticed how clean the centre was as well as how attentive the staff members were and coming from a childcare background myself thats something hard to upkeep especially at meal times which is when my tour was. Again, couldn’t find a fault with the centre or its staff. Hats off to the amazing management there as it’s clearly evident with the amazing team as it all starts from the top. My child and myself are truly so happy here. Thank you.“

We recently made the decision to transfer our son to a childcare centre closer to where we live, and while it was the... We recently made the decision to transfer our son to a childcare centre closer to where we live, and while it was the right move for our family, it was incredibly hard to say goodbye to Kids Club that has meant so much to us. We truly loved the centre and felt so lucky to have found it. Jaimee and Fran have been absolutely amazing, supportive, kind, and always going the extra mile. Every teacher we encountered was warm, caring, and clearly passionate about what they do. It was such a comfort to know our child was in such a nurturing and safe environment. Thank you all for creating a place that felt like a second home. You’ll always hold a special place in our hearts.

The daily updates and photos are a wonderful touch, keeping families informed and connected to what the children are experiencing each day. Communication with the team is always open, friendly, and professional. We love Kids Club !!❤️❤️❤️

I once drove past and my child spotted the giraffe on the building — from that moment, they were so curious! We came along to the open day, and since then, my little one has absolutely loved it — we enrolled straight away! The facility is amazing, the staff are incredibly welcoming, and the learning experiences have been wonderful. My child is thriving, and the consistent updates we receive each day truly brighten my day. The educators are so caring, dedicated, and passionate about supporting every child’s growth and development. We absolutely love it here!

Kids club Gosford is amazing! My daughter absolutely loves this centre and all the ladies who look after her. I can leave her here... Kids club Gosford is amazing! My daughter is so happy here. And I can’t forget to mention the incredible efforts of Chef Gina, creative in the kitchen for the kids and also creates the wonderful afternoon tea/breakfast spreads the parents adore!

All staff have been so incredibly supportive and understanding. As a first time mum, I was incredibly anxious to send my daughter to daycare, however kids club have always made me feel confident that my daughter is receiving the best care possible. The staff are so passionate about what they do, its so beautiful to see. Thank you Kids Club Gosford.
