We receive photos and personalised reports on our child’s progress at the centre which details how he engages with all the educators and interacts with the kids when participating in daily activities. It is evident how much confidence he has built since commencing at Kindalin not only in relation to motor skills but also social skills through his impressive language skills. Upon reading the observation report provided it was evident that the Educators took the time to personalise their feedback and message to our child which was so sweet and thoughtful. We honestly could not be any happier with Melissa and her team at Kindalin- Rouse Hill and as I always say, we are truly appreciative for him to be under their care. Our son gets so excited as we travel to Childcare everyday. Seeing all the staff and kids greet him as he enters the centre each day, it is clear that he enjoys being there which makes me happy and has made my return to work much more positive. In addition, with pick up he is so happy after a fun filled day that he expresses his appreciation with blowing kisses and giving me the biggest hug as I collect him. The pride he takes too with showing me all of his creative paintings and drawings is remarkable. It truly goes to show the great work the Educators invest into the kids. Lastly too the afternoon pick up handovers from the educators are so valuable with how he has been each day.

From day one, my children were made to feel safe, loved and truly valued, and that peace of mind as a parent is priceless. The standard of care is incredibly high, and I trust the educators here more than anything. It’s so clear how much love and passion they have for what they do, and that shows in how happy my kids were every single day. They genuinely loved attending daycare and always felt comfortable and supported. We are so incredibly sad to be saying goodbye as it’s time for big school, but we will always be so grateful for the role Kindalin Rouse Hill played in our children’s early years. I couldn’t recommend this centre more highly!

Our daughter truly loved every day she spent here and always came home full of happiness and smiles. A very special and heartfelt thank you to Ms Rama, whose kindness, patience, and genuine love made such a deep difference in our daughter’s life. The bond she built with her was truly beautiful to see, and as parents, knowing our child was cared for by someone so compassionate meant everything to us. We would also like to sincerely thank Michelle, the director, for her outstanding leadership, support, and warmth. Her professionalism and genuine care for the children and families create such a positive and nurturing environment. Thank you to the entire team specially Ms Jasmine, Ms Emily and Ms Bonnie for everything you have done for our daughter. We will always be thankful, and highly recommend this childcare to any parent looking for a place where their child will be truly loved and supported.

Their dedication is evident in the way they engage with the kids, nurture their development, and create a warm, welcoming environment every day. A few team members who deserve special mention are Miss Yuke, Miss Lida, and Miss Wendy, whose kindness, patience, and professionalism stand out. Their positive energy and thoughtful approach make a real difference, and it’s clear they take pride in helping each child grow and thrive. Kindalin Rouse Hill has catered to everything a new parent has ever asked for. Our two daughters have attended Kindalin Rouse Hill since it opened in 2021. My youngest has gone from class to class since she was 18mnths. My eldest daughter has issues with her speech and Kindalin RH staff have catered to her impediment and is graduating this year with the confidence ready for School. All in All, Rouse Hill Kindalin is the absolute BEST ❤️‍🔥 Thank you team across the whole daycare, from admin to the kitchen, the cleaning crew and the teachers; YOU ARE ALL AMAZING. ✨

Our family absolutely loves being part of the Kindalin Rouse Hill community. My 2 kids are always super happy at pick up because they have such a wonderful time there. The educators all share the same qualities of enthusiasm and love for what they do, attentiveness and care for the children, and depth of knowledge and experience when it comes to early childhood education. My children have learnt and grown so much in their time there. The Kindalin preschool program is also fantastic in teaching the children the skills they will need to start kindy. I have no doubt that my eldest will have a smooth transition into school because of the preparation she has been doing at Kindalin. Thanks Melissa and team for being awesome!

The communication has always been exceptional, the facilities are very impressive, but most importantly the educators are just outstanding. Thankyou kindalin for doing an incredible job of looking after my precious little people!

I highly recommend kindalin as both ky kids were very well looked after by the carers and the facility is safe and well... I highly recommend kindalin as both ky kids were very well looked after by the carers and the facility is safe and well maintained. All staff are amazing from the moment i drop them off to pick up. Lots of activities throughout the day and we were updated through their online portal from the menu to their daily routine. You’ll feel the kids are learning and safe here.
