From the moment we walk in each day, we’re greeted by happy, smiling educators who create such a warm and welcoming environment. Our toddler also greets them with open arms and a big smile. Excellent communication—regular updates via the app, emails and in person. We especially appreciate how approachable and attentive the staff are whenever we have questions. The learning programme is fantastic, with a great balance of play, creativity, and educational activities. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a nurturing and supportive centre for our little one. A big thank you to Miss Dinali, Miss Makiko and the rest of the Educators in the Possum's room.

The educators do an amazing job of helping her build confidence while really celebrating her unique personality. Communication with the team has been fantastic, from the quick end of day debriefs to emails about the month ahead, we always feel informed and involved. And the space itself is just unreal, unlike anything we’ve seen before. It’s so open, calm, and thoughtfully designed for kids. We highly recommend to any family looking for a nurturing and inspiring environment for their child!

We have had just finished our 5 year chapter at Kindalin Frenchs Forest and couldn’t recommend it more. Our children always felt safe... The learning environment is play based and still very structured. Thanks to Ashlee and all the other wonderful educators for all you do!

Our kids have only ever been with me at home since birth so sending them off into the big world for the first time came with a lot of apprehension. But Kindalin has been so supportive throughout this transition. The centre director Megan was super informative during our enrolment and orientation and helped answer all my questions. Once our kids started, we immediately saw just how much care and thought they put into looking after kids at the centre. Everyday we’re greeted by the same happy educators who know who our kids are and how they need support settling into their day. Outside the normal adjustment period, both our kids have taken to Kindalin so quickly and absolutely love their educators, the centre, the programs and activities they’re involved in, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

At the beginning, my daughter was very reluctant to attend the childcare, which was a challenging time for our family. Miss Rachel kindly took the time to meet with my husband and me, listened carefully to our concerns, and came up with some thoughtful strategies that truly made a difference. The centre purchased a new toy and encouraged my daughter to name it herself, take it home for 1week, play with it, and take photos to show adventures with it. My daughter then shared those photos back with the centre, where the educators and other children looked at these photos together. This helped my daughter feel included, recognised, and involved. Miss Rachel also encouraged us to share my daughter’s daily life photos, which they used in class to talk about and explain to the children. Also, Miss Bethany switched her working shifts, was greeting my daughter in the morning. Thanks to this caring and personalised approach, my daughter now feels much more connected and confident at childcare, and she is happy and willing to attend. We are incredibly thankful for the patience, creativity, and genuine care shown by the Kindalin team. We highly recommend Kindalin to any family looking for a nurturing and supportive childcare environment.

When choosing childcare, we are quite careful, because we believe that educators are the most important influence in a child’s early years. Over the past six years, we have built strong trust and meaningful relationships with the educators. They are all so caring, patient and dedicated. Many of them truly go above and beyond every day. A special thank you to Miss Rachel, Miss Bethany and Miss Alisa. We are deeply grateful for everything you have done for our children. Your kindness, support and genuine care have made such a positive and lasting impact on their early childhood. These memories will always be very special to our family.

What stands out most is the consistency of the educators. Our senior educators have been with us through all four kids — that kind of continuity is rare and means the world to a family. Every single member of the team is lovely, gentle, and genuinely attentive. They listen to our concerns and actively work with us to get the best outcomes for our children, not just go through the motions. The flexibility has also been a lifeline. When life gets hectic, Kindalin West Pennant Hills has always found a way to accommodate casual days for us — something that makes a huge practical difference for working parents. Perhaps the greatest proof of everything is the simplest: our kids are always happy when we pick them up. Every single time. Beyond that, communication is excellent, security is top-notch, and there's always an open door if we need to talk something through. The food is healthy and well-prepared, and the premises are consistently clean and tidy. Eight years is a long time, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We've since moved houses and now drive past several other childcare centres to get here — and we'd do it again without hesitation. Highly recommend Kindalin West Pennant Hills!
