Our son is very happy there, and we’ve seen so much growth in his confidence and comfort since starting. Drop-offs in the morning have become easier and easier over time. Now he happily walks in by himself and gives Ms Yuke big hugs at drop-off. It’s so reassuring as a parent to see how safe, comfortable, and loved he feels there. He also recognises all the educators by name and often tells us who’s who at home, which really shows the strong connections he has built with the team. We truly appreciate the care, patience, and warmth from Miss Ali’s team. Thank you for creating such a welcoming environment for the children!

A special thank you to Miss Jorja and Miss Holla for the extraordinary care and attention they give every single day. Miss Jorja always provides the most detailed updates when I pick up my daughter. She remembers the little moments, emotions, activities, and interactions throughout the day in a way that truly shows how attentive and caring she is. It’s a level of detail and genuine observation that not everyone can provide, and it gives us so much comfort as parents. Miss Holla is equally amazing. She always remembers the things I mention during drop off and genuinely pays attention to how my daughter is feeling and adjusting throughout the day. It’s clear that both educators truly care about every child individually.

The educators put so much care and effort into creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for the children. Our son is always excited and eager to go each day (even asking me if he can go on days he is not enrolled) which gives us great confidence and peace of mind as parents. We especially love the well-organised community events - morning teas and afternoon teas that invite parents or grandparents into the learning space, giving us the opportunity to connect with other families and see our children interacting with their friends. It’s such a wonderful community-focused environment, and we are truly grateful for everything you do for our children each day.

Regularly (and highly) recommend Kindalin to anyone looking for a daycare in the area without hesitation.

My daughter started there as a baby and is now in the transition to Kindergarten program, and my son has just started in the babies room. Both kids love going and I know they are well loved and cared for during their time there. My husband and I have so much confidence in the staff and their care for the kids, knowing they don’t treat our kids as numbers, but as little humans with their own personalities. The curriculum goes above and beyond and I know my children’s learning journey is well supported. And they have so much fun doing it! We are known as a family by the staff (even ones not in our children’s room). There is very limited staff turn over; with a lot of the staff caring for my daughter at 12 months, now still caring for her at 4.5 years. We love Kindalin and have recommended it to so many people we know :)

I also really appreciate how the educators take the time to know my kids, what they like, eat during the day, and their little preferences. It feels very personal and caring. Appreciate the coffee nights too. It’s great being able to see what the curriculum looks like and actually understand what our kids are learning. Most of all, the staff are amazing, friendly, competent, and genuinely care about the children. Honestly, Kindalin Rousehill is the best childcare my kids have been to. Highly recommend!

I could really tell how committed you and the 'possum team' are. It was so lovely to see how the team really know the little ones and how beautifully they engage with them. I was so impressed by all the activities the little ones have available to them. Lunch smelt so good...I nearly asked to stay lol. Thanks again. 😊

From the moment we walk in each day, we’re greeted by happy, smiling educators who create such a warm and welcoming environment. Our toddler also greets them with open arms and a big smile. Excellent communication—regular updates via the app, emails and in person. We especially appreciate how approachable and attentive the staff are whenever we have questions. The learning programme is fantastic, with a great balance of play, creativity, and educational activities. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a nurturing and supportive centre for our little one. A big thank you to Miss Dinali, Miss Makiko and the rest of the Educators in the Possum's room.
