We have been at Busy Bees from Nursery to Kindy and I can honestly say all the staff feel like an extension of our family. Our boy was excited to go to kindy each day as he loved his teachers as well as his friends. We have felt supported all through his journey to big school and will sorely miss everyone here. Was a great community to be a part of.

My son attended Busy Bees since he was 11 months old and now he is in Prep. The educators are indeed so friendly... My son attended Busy Bees since he was 11 months old and now he is in Prep. The educators are indeed so friendly and caring. I always felt like he was in good hands. They have fun events like dress up days and theme days. The kinder offering is a step above with the kids learning about major artists like Frida Kahlo and Picasso, for example. Dyan the kinder teacher is really passionate about kids education. They had an art exhibition too which was really fun. Literacy and numeracy was a focus and my son was/is super prepared for school as a result.

The environment is very warm and nurturing, and all the teachers, the manager, and the admin staff are always friendly, approachable, and professional.My son has been attending since he was around 16 months old, and now, as a two‑year‑old, he has learned so much and has grown in his social, emotional, and communication skills. The educators are very caring and engaging, and they provide a variety of activities that support his development every day. The centre is very clean and well maintained, and the food provided is healthy and of high quality, with the kitchen visible and open, which is very reassuring as a parent.We are extremely sad to be leaving Busy Bees, and the only reason we are leaving is because our family is moving permanently; otherwise, I would never choose to leave this centre. I would highly recommend Busy Bees to any family looking for a safe, caring, and high‑quality childcare service for their children.

I spent a long time searching for a childcare Centre that truly understood my daughter’s needs—somewhere she would feel happy, safe, and genuinely supported. I am incredibly grateful that we found this Centre. Busy Bee Balcatta has given our family more than we could have ever expected. The support from the Manager, Room leader and all the educators has been amazing. My husband and I felt completely confident leaving our daughter there each morning, knowing she was in caring and capable hands. The educators are kind, patient, and attentive. They encouraged my daughter to engage in activities, maintained excellent and prompt communication, and her progress and happiness were clearly evident. The Centre is clean and well maintained, and the children enjoy yoga and many fun, engaging activities. Given my daughter’s individual needs, I am deeply thankful to the entire team for their patience, understanding, and dedication in supporting her development and our family. Overall, I highly recommend Busy Bee Balcatta to families looking for a warm, clean, and safe environment with friendly, caring staff who truly support children’s learning, play, and wellbeing.
