I have worked at Happy hearts Goodna for going on 7 months now and I have to say that out of every service... I have worked at Happy hearts Goodna for going on 7 months now and I have to say that out of every service I have been employed as an Early years educator this has to be the most professional, transparent and respectful environment I have ever worked in. Emily and Katrina are incredible at what they do as a management team and are always looking for ways to support, guide and motivate us to achieve our goals for the children, families and the service overall. The educators I work closely and collaborate with are nothing short of amazing and it makes my experience as an educator so much more rewarding! I cannot recommend this service enough as an educator.
