I would like to thanks Kool Kid's especially the room leader Nutan from dragonfly room and her team on looking after my son... I would like to thanks Kool Kid's especially the room leader Nutan from dragonfly room and her team on looking after my son Theodore Yousif, who has Autism level 2. The effort they put in to help me to change so many things in him, it was a challenge for both of us but with the plan they had made things seem easy for me. It was the best decision I had ever made putting him in there. Am so thankful and grateful for them, for me they are not the best but the most excellent centre in the whole Victoria. Read more

My daughter has been attending for over a year & my son's about 6 months, Kool kidz has absolutely exceeded my expectations. The staff are extraordinary, they do amazing engaging activities with the kids all the time, their creativity in that department is exceptional. Always new and exciting things for them to do. All the babies - children here look very happy. My kids love the educators like family! The rooms are clean and filled with great things to keep the little ones entertained. My daughter has come leaps & bounds in the past year with the help of kool kidz. Her confidence, social skills, imagination, speaking.. everything and I know this daycare has played a massive roll in that. I am unbelievably grateful to you all.. words can't even express how much it means to me. I'm so sad we are saying goodbye (due to moving + distance) thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Each and every staff member is actually amazing. Not only have you guys done a great job with my kids but everyone is always helping me and making things easier for me wherever possible. ♥️♥️ So much appreciation guys xx Read more

I’m so glad I found the right place for my son at Kool Kids. The providers are genuinely supportive, and the management team... I’m so glad I found the right place for my son at Kool Kids. The providers are genuinely supportive, and the management team is professional and approachable. The educators in the Butterfly Room are especially wonderful — they’re caring, attentive, and really understand how to support each child based on their individual needs. At first, I was a bit unsure, but over time I’ve come to truly appreciate the effort all the staff put in across the centre. They know how to keep children engaged in fun, meaningful activities, and create a safe and nurturing environment every day. This is truly one of the best centres I’ve come across. No one will be disappointed. I highly recommend Kool Kids to any parent looking for a place where their child will be well cared for and encouraged to grow. Read more
