At Nurture Early Education Morayfield, we pride ourselves on looking deeper into the developments and individual needs of children with our learning through play approach. Our children love their interactions with our variety of farm animals as part of this unique learning approach. We collaborate alongside families to ensure that each child has the best start to their life of learning. We provide an open door policy where children have the freedom to move inside and out with long periods of uninterrupted play. We embrace our families cultures and are always looking for new ways to celebrate and learn alongside our families.
From our Nursery to our Kindergarten room we believe that children are strong and capable learners and that they deserve respect, love, encouragement and room to make their own choices. In our Nursery we are inspired by the R.I.E Approach, providing the children with an environment that is physically safe but provides plenty of room for Complex Cognitive Development and self exploration. We are firm believers in Teaching children from a very young age about Self Help and Care. We believe in allowing children to take risks and make calculations about their own bodies capabilities. Our environment provides opportunities for children to climb, jump, swing and be free in our beautiful and natural world that we have been given.
Our program is run based on the interests of the children with many visual ques for exploration and intention. Our indoor and outdoor environments reflect a natural and relaxing space for play and investigation. There are many areas to explore and learn about with our rich outdoor play spaces including our family of animals at the centre. We have Sheep, Chickens, Ducks, Guinea Pigs, Fish and Birds. The children are involved in the everyday care and wellbeing of the animals with opportunities to take them home on weekends :)
We want our children to have amazing memories of their time here, we focus on building relationships and trust with the children and families first and foremost to build a great foundation for learning. We do believe that it takes a village to raise a child so we are here in support for anything that our Little Hands Families need. A child who feels loved and respected for who they are will grow to accept and love themselves and that is what we want for all our beautiful children here.
And at the end of the day we learn just as much from our children as they do us!

In January 2012 the National Quality Framework (NQF) came into effect across Australia.
The purpose of the NQF is to improve and standardise the quality of child care through a
range of measures including better staff to child ratios, higher staff qualifications
and an assessment and rating system designed to promote continuous improvement.
Under the NQF child care services are assessed and rated against the National Quality Standards (NQS).
The NQS measures the quality of early childhood education and care in Australia. It will cover
most long day care, family day care, preschool/kindergarten and outside school hours care services.
Under these standards child care services will be assessed and rated against the
seven quality areas, 18 standards and 58 elements that make up the NQS.
