Hiyoko Global Kids McDowall is a warm, family-oriented early learning centre located in Brisbane’s leafy suburb of McDowall. We are proud to be the only Japanese immersion childcare service in Australia, offering a truly unique environment where children grow naturally with both Japanese and English.

With a maximum of just 14 children, we provide a safe, home-like atmosphere that allows us to get to know every child and family personally. Our educators are dedicated to creating strong relationships with children and parents, ensuring that each child feels secure, valued, and encouraged to explore.


Our program focuses on curiosity, creativity, and independence.
Through art, music, storytelling, outdoor play, and bilingual experiences, children learn to communicate, express themselves, and develop a genuine love of learning.


Families often describe Hiyoko as a second home, where their children are excited to come each day. We believe that childhood should be filled with joy, discovery, and meaningful connections — and that’s exactly what we strive to provide.
