Welcome to Day One Early Learning Centre - Edens Landing Campus

Day One Early Learning Edens Landing caters to children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years in a nurturing environment and with a holistic approach. With a program tailored to each child’s interests, skilled and qualified educators ensure that every child’s needs are met, creating opportunities for them to thrive.

The well-resourced indoor learning spaces balance natural equipment with bright and colourful toys. The children can sit quietly and enjoy flipping through books or join their peers in large group activities. Whatever their interests, the educators cater to them with engaging experiences that spark their imagination.

Outdoors, the children enjoy various wooden play structures that support their physical and gross motor skill development. Whether they choose to climb, run, jump, sit, or explore, they have ample resources and space to do so. Playing alongside their peers, they also work on developing their important social and emotional skills. The children are provided with lots of outdoor playtime, building their connection to nature as they enjoy the fresh air.

Located in a cul-de-sac within a small shopping precinct, the centre is easy to access with onsite parking also available. Why not book a tour of this warm and welcoming centre today?

Programs

Day One Early Learning offers a bespoke program tailored to each child’s interests and needs. Using natural indoor and outdoor play spaces, the program is embedded into the daily routine and aids the children in their play and exploration.

The programs include:

  • DO Social: the children develop their emotional intelligence, resilience and cultural awareness, all important lifelong skills. The children learn empathy, emotional regulation and conflict resolution among other skills.
  • DO Health: through different physical activities, such as dancing, running, climbing and sports, the children build healthy physical activity habits. They also learn about food, nutrition and general wellbeing.
  • DO Language: focusing on early literacy skills, the children develop their understanding of language. They develop their vocabulary and understanding of sounds and letters, as well as foreign language where appropriate.
  • DO Maths and Science: hands-on experiments encourage the children’s investigative thinking, giving them crucial logical reasoning skills.
  • DO Creative: art, music and movement activities teach the children about creative self-expression, also encouraging their confidence, communication skills and self-esteem.
  • DO Planet: the children learn to respect and care for the natural environment through sustainability and outdoor activities.
  • DO Kindy: prepares the older children for their transition to primary school in all areas of their development.
