We had our daughter enrolled in another centre when she was 10 months old and she had not settled after 12 sessions, it was an extremely stressful and emotional time. As first time parents we were quite vunerable, not knowing what is normal and what we should expect at a daycare centre. I thought our daughter would never settle in daycare and that I wouldn’t be able to return to work. I quickly decided we needed to change centres; I did some research and THANKFULLY came across Childs Play Point Cook. I was a little bit hesitant because it was a new centre (taken over from a previous centre) with no reviews but as soon as we had a tour I was immediately sold. The centre director Sam and assistant manager Wararat are both very approachable, caring and professional. You get a real family vibe. During our orientations i was even approached by the owner who was visiting, she was extremely caring and reassured me that it gets easier. The centre has been renovated and is very clean, the food menu is very balanced. But above everything else the educators are incredible - they are everything you could ask for; patient, attentive and nuturing. We could not be more pleased with the educators in the baby room. Leaving your little ones in the care of others is probably one of the biggest things you will do, we feel so grateful to have our daughter in such amazing care. My daughter is now 12 months old, she settled at Childs Play PC in 6 sessions - we have had no tears at drop off for weeks and she reaches out to her educators at drop off. She is thriving, learning new things every day and I am able to work knowing my baby is in excellent care. We couldn’t be more grateful - we would recommend Childs Play Point Cook to any family without hesitation. Read more
