Dear Joseph, We wanted to reach out to apologise for the experience you had with us at Everlearn and are truly surprised and concerned to hear some of your feedback. We do however, always appreciate any feedback from our families and use it as an opportunity to improve our work in the community. As you probably have seen from previous reviews, your experience seems to be markedly different from the norm that most families take away from us but it doesn't make your perspective less important. In response to the points you've raised, over the past two years we have both significantly discounted and for periods or at times entirely waived our fees in support our preschool community. I believe you availed from these discounts on a number of occasions during your enrolment period. In relation to your notice period and bond, your enrolment was discontinued 4 weeks after your withdrawal and your bond was refunded as soon as your enrolment account with Centrelink was finalised. We do apologise if this took longer than you hoped but this is sometimes the case when dealing with Government organisations and subsidies. Finally, in regards to your experience of our educational programmes, we pride ourselves in being one of the most highly sought after preschools in the area in preparing children for school and one of the very few independently assessed centres to be awarded a rating of Exceeding the National Quality Standards by the NSW Regulatory Authority. We do understand and try to support the unique needs and expectations of all of our families and apologise that we didn't meet your expectations.
