1 star is too generous. Ridiculously poor communication. My wife and I toured Waterside for our daughter, nil issues. Sent email with enrollment forms... Read more

Hi Jordan. Thank you for your time over the phone this afternoon. Once again I apologise for the negative experience had by your family; it is certainly not what we want for any family dealing with our services. I have processed a full refund for you. Should you have any further concerns or questions please do not hesitate in contacting me on 1800 290 999.

Hi Kyesha, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately when a family does not pay their fees, as was the case with your enrolment, we will tend to send emails and contact the family to try and arrange for payment. Our $10 dishonour fee (not $20) for accounts that fail to make the required payment via direct debit is outlined in our fee policy and designed to deter families from failing to make fee payments and I hope you can appreciate also pays the bank fees we incur from this failed payment. Child Care is not free and while we appreciate the cost can be high for families, if you use the service we require you to pay the necessary payments. You chose not too, which is why your care at our service was terminated, leaving a debt with us behind. We take the health and wellbeing of all of the children we care for very seriously and of course we exclude children who are unwell. This again is clearly outlined in our policy. In reference to the CCS, yes this process can be timely however has nothing to do with our service but with Centrelink. Perhaps provide them with a review on your concerns here?
