To whom it may concern,
I have known Nicole Taylor since the beginning of 2014 when she began studying Certificate in Health Studies at Aoraki Polytechnic in Timaru. Over the past 3 and half years I have had a lot of involvement with Nicole from working alongside her and also employing her on a regular basis to look after my three children. During this time, I have found Nicole to be professional, organized and incredibly easy to get along with.
She has always shown good time management skills while juggling her studies, part-time work and family commitments. Nicole has been adaptable to changing circumstances and has continually displayed an ability to make the most of changing situations. This was evident when she relocated from her home town of Timaru and moved south to Invercargill. She quickly adjusted to a change of work environments and easily made friends within this new setting.
I have always had the upmost trust in Nicole’s ability to look after my children. My boys ages range from 7 years to 12 years and Nicole has an affinity to make them all feel at ease and enjoy her company. She is more than capable at handling stressful situations and has always shown great leadership skills within all her roles.
