Assisting children and adults on and off the lifts in the snow fields. This involves daily interaction with children from the ages of 2 years through to teenagers. Advising and assisting the little ones according to their different needs. Victoria is now looking forward to secure employment within a family environment again to further her career as a nanny and to fulfill her true passion for working with children.

Responsibilities include typing, filing, faxing, photocopying confidential documents, scanning and general office duties. Victoria saw this as a career change but really did not enjoy it as much as her love for working with children.

Full-time Temporary Live-in Nanny – De Souza Family, Manly
Caring for two children aged 13 months and 2 years at commencement. Duties included all aspects of care in relation to the children including stimulating play and activities, planning schedule, daily outings, preparing nutritional snacks and meals and general household duties. This placement was made through our agency and the family wanted to offer Victoria permanent employment but she decided that she wanted to reside in the Eastern Suburbs as it was her preference over Manly.

Full-time Temporary Live-in Nanny for Harris Family, Redfern
Caring for one child aged 3 years at commencement. Duties have included, educational play & activities, daily outings, reading & arts & crafts, music and singing songs. Preparing meals, bathing and general household duties.
Reason for Leaving: Temporary assignment is coming to a close

Dec 06 – Feb 07
Part-time Temporary Nanny for Young Family, St. Georges SA
Caring for three children aged 3.5 and twins 17 months. Duties included, changing nappies, preparing bottles, stimulating play and educational activities, daily outings, walks to the park, art & crafts, preparing meals, bathing and general household duties. Reason for Leaving: Temporary assignment came to a close.

2004 – 2006
Casual Solecharge Nanny/Babysitter for Champion Family, Magill
Caring for three children aged 3, 6 & 9 at commencement on an on-call/when needed basis both during the day and evenings. Duties included those outlined in the above roles. Reason for Leaving: Moved to Sydney.

Dec 04 – Feb 07
Casual Shop Assistant – Ned Kelly’s Bakery and Cafe
Duties included: Customer service, handling cash, operating cash register, sandwich preparation, espresso coffee making, taking and filling orders, waiting on tables, stocking drink and food fridges, balancing register and daily float, answering phone enquiries and cleaning equipment of shop.

Casual Babysitting – Various Families
Ages of children cared for range between 12 months and 13 years. The families had between 1 and 3 children. Also have experience with babies due to work experience carried out in a maternity ward and childcare centre. Duties included: entertaining children, organizing activities and games. Preparing meals and snacks, bathing the children and preparing the children for bed.
