Professional Summary
I am a very passionate early childhood educator who is committed to excellence in early
childhood education and care. My journey started when I was in high school and I had the
opportunity of studying Certificate II in Community Services. This initially, developed my
confidence and interest in the Early Childhood area. After high school I continued my studies
and completed my Certificate III and Diploma in Children’s Services. Shortly after I was
employed at Bright Stars Kindergarten as the room leader in the preschool room. After
flourishing in this role, I wanted to further challenge myself and advanced my knowledge so I
completed both my Bachelor’s in Teaching and Education (Birth to Five Years) while
working full time as a room leader. I was appointed the Educational Leader and Responsible
Person as I continue to support children, families, educators and nominated supervisor is their
growth and development.
