Assisting in the care of a residential house for women with various disabilities. Personal care of clients including showering dressing, toileting and meal times. Providing respite for families of clients for both long and short periods. Activities undertaken during these times include a wide range of things including personal care, social support, household duties and assisting in OT exercises. Providing social support to clients, which includes driving clients to and from activities, spending time with the client and engaging on a personal level to help them reach social goals and lead full lives.
