I have done multiple hours as a primary school teaching assistant, overseas au-pair (England to Australia) and countless hours babysitting. After completing my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, I opened High Five Family Day Care in South Australia and have loved every minute of it.

Here at High Five Family Day Care, I provide a safe and nurturing environment for your child to explore both their surroundings and themselves and grow into confident individuals. We develop personal, social and environmental responsibility. Children are encouraged to engage in all aspects of learning including developing fine and gross motor skills, language development, cognitive learning, social skills and creative exploration.

High Five Family Day Care treats each child as individuals with respect and the knowledge that they have exciting potential. I listen to the children’s choices and expand their hobbies and interests.

To the best of my ability, I provide access to a variety of learning materials, arts and crafts, physical challenges, games and toys to keep children engaged and constantly developing and growing.

The reward I get from seeing the children grow is unlimited and I love each child’s individual personality and traits. Children are continuously providing me with new ideas and potential and it’s great to help them develop.
