I worked at Beehive child care centre in Sydney as a nursery assistant in the preschool room - 1 year
traineeship. During this time I also work for 3 months sole charge in the kitchen cooking for 96 children.

I also worked at Townsend Montessori nursery in the UK as a nursery nurse in 0-2 room February 2015-
July 2015
. In these roles I was responsible for keeping all children safe, happy and healthy allowing them to feel comfortable

NANNYING
I have worked for two families as a nanny. From April 2015-July 2015 I was a sole charge live in nanny for a
4 year old girl in England. In this role is was responsible for:

• Grocery shopping
From February 2016- May 2016 a nanny to a 7 year old boy, I was also his home school teacher. I had a live
in position where I travelled and lived with them on their boat. In this role I was responsible for:

• Babysitting for weekend when the parents went on overnight trips
• Taking him on outings and keeping him entertained

OVERSEAS HOMESTAY STUDENT HOST
I was fortunate enough to be selected to participate in a 12 day trip to China with Rouse Hill High School.
Part of this trip included a four day homestay with a Chinese host Family. This was the first time I had travelled
without my family.

Through these experiences I have gain a deeper appreciation for helping the community and providing a
service that brightens and enhances another life. I have also helped in fundraising by providing baked goods
for Coles and Woolworths supermarkets and the RSPCA.
