“I love working with children and have thoroughly enjoyed the role I am in at the moment but my hours will be reduced due to a childcare centre placement becoming available. I have experience with all age groups including newborn right through to teenage years. As you will see, my background has been varied as I do have a Corporate background which has included working for the Catholic Education Department which required my care and supervision of teenage students and St. Gertrudes Primary School which involved care and supervision of primary aged children also. I volunteered as a Teachers earlier in my career for a structured Intensive reading programme and tutoring children in completing set tasks. I am very flexible with my hours and am willing to undertake all that is required to create a warm, fun, active and healthy environment for the children and the smooth running of the family home. I gained valuable learning from completing my Home Economics Certificate which has been a great asset when working in a family home environment.”
