Hi Chris, Thank you for your review. It is disappointing to hear that you do not feel your concerns were heard, when you reached out to us after your child’s care had ended. At Elephas Education, we pride ourselves on listening to families and educators feedback and making appropriate changes where needed to rectify grievances. Had we been made aware of your concerns during your child’s time of enrolment or your wife’s time of employment, we certainly could have worked with you both to rectify these concerns. Unfortunately, as discussed in our previous communication, there is nothing further we can action as our investigation of these claims were unsubstantiated.
