Blacktown Anglican Child Care Centre and Preschool (BACCC) is a loving learning environment. They have 3 rooms plus a pre-school program for 6 months to 6 year olds. They are supportive of food intolerances, have multicultural kids and staff, and are excellent with administration and policies. When my daughter fell over, the documented treatment was ice, bandaid and cuddles....exactly what Mum would have done!
