Our aim is to provide a warm, friendly, caring and safe environment in which children are given the opportunity to develop socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually through interactions with the educator and peers. Our educational programs will provide and reflect the multi-cultural nature of society. We commit to continuously improving our service, quality of care and centre practices.

Children

• Provide a safe, relaxed and nurturing environment

• Use skills, experience and training to promote the development of the child
• Work within the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards to develop programs that encourage development and learning
• Provide a high quality learning environment
• Value each other and provide support, encouragement and promote continuous learning and development
• Work with families to build relationships and trust
• Work towards building a strong reputation of high quality care for the Centre
• Promote diversity and cultural awareness in the Centre
• Provide a caring, nurturing and safe environment for the child

Centre

• In providing a safe, secure and healthy environment for staff, families and children
• Providing an environment that is stimulating, challenging and allows growth and development at the child’s own pace
• Provide a family oriented environment that is warm, loving and nurturing
• Make a positive difference in the lives of children by working within the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Services Law and Regulation.
• Conduct regular self-assessments and seek feedback from families and staff to continuously improve our services and practices.
