My husband and I are deaf and we have a son who is hearing who loves attending Kiddies Kapers. Connie and her team do a great job of including us and making sure we know what is happening with our son. Whenever we have suggested having an interpreter for the parent interviews they were up for it and did not make it difficult for us. They are open to sharing the use of sign language and encouraging my boy to talk about his other language and not just valueing his use of English. The staff are all very warm and easy to talk to. My son has made some good friends and at times I have had to drag him home, as he does not want to leave because he is enjoying the activities so much.
My two littles one joined Kiddies Kapers at the beginning of 2015 after a move to the area. They are both loving it and coming home with so many new and interesting things to tell us about! They really enjoy the activities and have made themselves very much at home! The staff are lovely - friendly and hard working and you can tell they're there for the love of the kids. I really appreciate the daily photos and write up of what the kids have been doing, it helps so much in making us as parents feel apart of things and it enables us to have good conversations with the kids because we know to ask them about! I'm so glad we found Kiddies Kapers, it's a big thing, choosing who looks after your children, but I feel confident and at ease knowing they are there. Thank you so much to all the team
