Happy Hippo Childcare Lovely Banks

Sadly there is no zero-star option. My daughter was at this centre for 3 years. It's had some great staff over the years. But it's always had terrible management, it's worse than it's ever been and it was never great. Multiple parents left this year alone with reports to the Department of Education about its many failures of care, that never seem to get sorted out. It's staff turnover they blame on industry standards but this is well above what's normal and they will lie and make up excuses. The fact is the staff here are unhappy they are overworked and left with too many kids and no support from above. And as a parent do not send your kids here - this centre should not just be reported but it should be shut down. Whether you're a parent or potential worker steer clear. Oh and recent 5-star reviews were in exchange for free daycare days so don't believe them.
