The educators at Bright Start Early Learning Heatherbrae work with families to build strong, reciprocal relationships. They encourage parents and carers to provide input and feedback into the programs and participate in the centre. 

The relationships between families and educators are built on open communication and respect. Families can share their culture, special celebrations and other interests. This helps to build connections across the community in the centre, teaching the children about inclusion, diversity and respect.
