Each child has an individual portfolio, which documents their learning journey and parents have the opportunity to join the Hub Hello App to view their child’s learning progress and achievements.

Transition to school

We promote the transition to the school readiness program: It benefits children’s learning on a daily basis through our intentional teaching. Our unique curriculum program commences from the time children attend our service. Children engage in our brain linkage program which involves a range of activities. This includes active engagement in learning,  promoting social-emotional skills and self-regulation, and includes early literacy and numeracy skills. 

Our Early Childhood Educators are fully qualified, very experienced, and extremely dedicated to their roles - many have been with Rainbow Paradise Preschool since it opened in 2006. Our role in achieving this is to promote the rights and interests of all young children and to support the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care. 

Our educators will ensure the best experience for your child. We offer a caring and nurturing environment, combining education and fun.

Hub Hello is our preschool app of choice for interactive communication between families and educators. The free app enables immediate and convenient access to view a child’s photos, learning, and development progress. 

Families at Rainbow Paradise Preschool feel welcome and connected. Our educators provide a sense of community – one that families feel they belong to and are active participants within. Our families and educators share the same vision for the children attending the service to feel nurtured and engaged in learning experiences that help them reach their fullest potential.

With a strong educator-parent relationship in place, our educators share knowledge and skills with families about how children learn and develop through warm, responsive, and consistent home learning environments optimising children’s outcomes.

All our educators have strong, collaborative relationships with children’s parents and carers to get the very best outcomes for children. Elements cover the development of respectful relationships, supporting parents in their own role, informing families and sharing information, and including families in decision-making for their children’s learning.

All our professional educators provide effective communication that builds understanding and trust with the families attending our service. We achieve this as we converse, understand, and trust each other, and we are all better able to work together to support children’s well-being and development. Our positive partnerships with our families and carers attending Rainbow Paradise Preschool mean sharing knowledge and experience to understand a child’s situation, which leads to developing plans together to support your child’s learning journey within our service.
