| I wanted to take a moment to let you know what a great job you are doing as a family day carer and I truly appreciate it. Stanley didn't like to go to the centre at all but since he has been in the smaller group setting he has improved a lot. Stanley is learning social skills and people skills from you that I have had a tough time teaching at home. There is no other day care that we would rather take my son to. We have recommended you to our friends and will continue to do so.

| I have trusted my child with Miss Rowena 3 days a week for the past 18 months, since my daughter was around 11 months old. Miss Rowena is a true gem when it comes to family day care mothers. Not only does my daughter learn social skills with the other children, Miss Rowena conducts art sessions, music time, reading, outdoor play, group games, songs and the list goes on. Miss Rowena has a previous history in primary education and my daughter learnt her colours, shapes, alphabet and first 20 numbers as a result of the time that Miss Rowena spent with her. My daughter goes to Miss Rowena's looking forward to each visit, and I go to work with peace of mind knowing that my daughter is happily growing and learning in a positive proactive, CLEAN childcare environment. |

| Rowena has looked after my daughter since she was 12 months old. I was very reluctant to leave her with someone I didn't know but am very pleased to say I could not be happier with Rowena. My daughter now goes two days per week and the care and attention Rowena gives is first rate. Her teaching background gave her a distinct advantage over other family daycare places I visited. The variation in activities she does with the children is really impressive and my daughter really enjoys going to "play" at Rowenas.
