Bub 2 Sleep
At Bub2sleep, our priority is to ensure that you always feel supported, both physically and emotionally. We want to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to support your baby to be able to sleep well now and into the future. Our approach is nurturing and responsive. We listen to your needs and concerns, working with you to follow bub’s lead and ultimately help you to restore sleep in your home. A well-rested baby (and adult) is much happier and healthier. Sleep is a biological need that enables us to function at our best. Not all babies come out knowing exactly how to sleep - they may need a little support and that is completely okay. At Bub2Sleep we will NEVER: - Ask your baby to cry it out. - Ask you to leave your baby. - Ask you to do something you’re not comfortable with. - Ask you to stop cuddling your baby. - Ask you to stop feeding if you love it. We provide sleep support to families anytime and anywhere (both in Australia and worldwide). The Bub2sleep approach is effective for newborns up to children aged seven.

Baby Sleep Training
Now, if you go to any baby site on the Web, search “my baby won’t sleep,” or whatever you are looking for in regards to sleep, almost every single site will tell you about the importance of a bedtime routine. So will I !
Sleep Regression
As a Certified Sleep Sense consultant, I hear the term “regression” used in just about every challenging circumstance relating to Bubs. If bub does not sleep well for a couple of nights, parents start commenting that baby is having a regression? Talk is that there is a 4th, 8th, 9th and 12th month regression, as well as teething regressions, growth spurt regressions, and so on and so on. But the four-month regression, seems to be the one that everyone agrees on, for good reason.
