| I highly recommend booking a tour to check out Norwest Childcare Centre! I did, and my kids have been there for years! My two children attend the centre and both started there when they were babies. The Staff are fantastic, they have a wealth of experience and they have a low staff turn over, with some of them being there since we started years ago. They genuinely care about my family and children and put me at ease about leaving my young baby with them. At the end of each day I can read about what my children have done, see photos of them from the days activities and at the end of the year I receive a beautiful portfolio of what my child has done throughout the year at Norwest. The staff are approachable and friendly and provide some wonderful experiences for the children. My preschooler has been growing herbs and learning about composting, where food comes from, the environment and life cycles. He's always coming home telling me about something new he has learnt at preschool. I can tell both my kids love going to Norwest and that certainly makes it easier for me to return to work when I know someone is loving and caring for my kids and that they are learning and having fun. Find out more for yourself and jump on their website. The tours are a great way to get a feel for the centre, meet some of the staff and ask questions. I cannot tell you enough great things about this centre, you've got to check it out for yourself! |

| My daughter started at Norwest Child Care Centre at only 8 weeks old and as you can imagine i was very particular about what I wanted in a centre because of her young age. I looked around at MANY MANY child care centres in the area and none of them met my expectations of high quality care. When i found Norwest Child Care Centre I was extremely impressed by the friendly staff and the love and pride they put into their work. I left my little baby at 8 weeks and i must admit i still cried but i was extremely comfortable leaving her there. I was also very impressed by an email i received from the staff with a picture and a blurb about her first day!! I really love the centre and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. |

| My daughter attends the babies room at Norwest. I feel comfortable knowing my child is with people that really care about her as a person and about her being able to grow in a safe and stimulating environment, yet one that's challenging her interests and development. I get really great feedback and each day look forward to reading the day books to find out what she has been up to. Its a newish centre, very modern and even though there's lots of children the rooms look homely and the whole centre is inviting. There's lots of space to explore both indoors and out, with undercover play areas as well. the staff also create great portfolios which are a lovely memory of things your child participates in during the long working days. Going back to work is hard but Norwest has made it much easier for me and my family! Go have a look or check out their website. |

| My two children attend this centre and it is, without a doubt the best centre in the Hills (if not all of Sydney). I have seen many child care centres in my time, and this surpasses them all. The staff are friendly and helpful and caring and loving.
The centre wins awards for customer service and staff training and development - they're investing in their team, and you can tell from the wonderful dedication that the staff have, and the fantastic job they do.
Go down and have a look here before you book your child in anywhere else - then take a look at the other centres - you'll be back! |
