Hobart Place is a smaller-scale centre with a warm community feel. Most children move on to attend Illawong or Tharawal Public School together. They start school with the benefit of solid friendships formed at Hobart Place. Our centre is close to Illawong Public School and Illawong Shopping Village.

Families value our picturesque and well-resourced ‘outdoor classroom’. The large playground has been recently renovated and features a sandpit, cubby house, teepee and mud kitchen for messy play. Climbing is a favourite activity here! Under our large shade structure we engage in mobile play opportunities such as climbing and balancing to build motor skills and core strength.

Families tell us how much they value our caring and experienced team. Strong connections are the foundation for every child to thrive. Parents value our collaboration and the secure attachments we build with children.

Hobart Place's learning program reflects our Educators' talents. Our passions include sustainability, fitness and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, maths) learning. We're a culturally diverse team who enjoy sharing our heritage with the children.
