| My son Harry started at KCCC at the beginning of the year. I, like many mothers, felt some anguish leaving my child in the care of others but I need not have had any concerns. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at KCCC. They are all very caring and have demonstrated a genuine interest in my son and all aspects of his development. Harry has such a good time every day he is there he often doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day!
My son had a stormy start to life with some serious health issues. Each of the team have taken an interest in his issues and gone out of their way to understand his history and how they can assist with his physical, social and emotional development. I really feel they work as part of a team with my family and health professionals; they even seek feedback after physio visits to understand what they can do to help with Harry's development.
I really value the clear, open and honest communication with the Director, Renee and all the team. There is a wide variety of toys and activities to develop a broad range of skills and the activities are changed regularly to maintain the children’s interest and broaden their experiences.
Harry experiences a broad range of nutritious and fun food whilst at KCCC. I think he enjoys his hot lunches so much my cooking at home doesn’t stack up! I am impressed with their hygiene and safety as well as their staff ratios.
The thing I feel best about, aside from all the points mentioned above, is I know that Harry is loved and cared for by all the team and he loves them right back as he runs to embrace them of a morning, and farewells them with a hug and a wave at the end of the day. I am expecting my second child in a few weeks’ time and am looking forward to the time when he or she gets to experience the great environment at KCCC. Thanks Renee, Kristy, Nicole and all the team for all that you do

| We have just had our 2nd daughter finish going through Kariong Child care centre as she started kindy this year. We had our girls there over the last 7 years and are very sad to leave the centre. The staff cannot be praised enough, and cannot do enough for your child or your family. The facilities are excellent and I believe it was the time spent at the centre by my daughters that help make them the well mannered, independent, intelligent and happy children they are today. Do yourself a favor if you are considering child care and get your children on Kariong's list. Bravo KCCC we miss you so much! |
