| I have known Carol professionally for over 4 years when my eldest son commenced care with her. During the transition of returning to work after having my first child I was very "nappy brained" and it was all a bit overwhelming for me. Thanks to Carol with her kindness, organisation and support I was able to adapt to the change and dynamics in our life. I had total faith and trust in her, not just her abilities to care and educate my son, but also her love and support to myself and my family. When I had my second child I was so much more relaxed knowing where he would be attending care and the support that my son was getting adapting to the new addition. Leaving Bargara and Carol was one of the hardest things as they all loved each other so much and had such a deep connection. I am proud now to call her my friend and we maintain contact with each other and my son emails, writes and has face time with his friends that are still in Carol's care. I love that he is still able to stay in touch with everyone. You would NEVER find that in a centre. |

| I have known Carol for nearly 4 years, whilst she cared for my two boys 3 days a week at 8 hours each time.
I found Centre’s were too expensive as they charged for a full day (12hours). I love the fact you only pay for the hours you book as I only needed 8, I didn’t want to waste my money paying for an extra 12 hours for each child I wasn't using.
Carol always kept me and my husband informed as we alternated who dropped off and picked up, with communication books so we each knew what was happening. If there was ever any concerns she was always very direct and that’s what I like about her. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she took more photos of my boys in 2 years than I have taken in there life. I cried at the end of the year when we got our journal of all there artwork and pictures it was such a beautiful keepsake that I still treasure.
I have no hesitation in recommending Carol to any child and family, she's a treasure.

| I have known Carol as a Carer for nearly 5 years. She had my son Zac since he was 18mths old and had him until he started Pre-School.
Through Carol's educational learning & play environment Zac was more than confidant and capable to start school. His pre-school teacher could not believe he was already able to write his name, count and recognise numbers from 1-20, knew 10 different colours, not to mention all the trivia from Carol's program he learned from dinosaurs, bugs, transport, china, etc that she changed every month and developed around each child's interest. The children were always entertained and couldn't wait to arrive at Carol's. I highly recommend Carol and family day care as the EDUCATIONAL choice of the future. THEY DON'T JUST BABYSIT, THEY TEACH.

I have known Carol for a period of 7 years. She had my daughter since she was 3 months old and we had the pleasure of her expertise, love & kindness and even enrolled our son when he was born.
Carol takes the guilt out of the heartache decision of returning to work. She is so motivated her energy is endless, after working with children all day I don’t know how she does it, except to say you can tell she loves her job.
I would encourage anybody to contact Carol to see for yourself everything she does from playgroups, outings, cultural shows, themes, dancing and anything else she can think of to extend your child's learning experience.
You will never regret it. I still keep in contact, even though both my kids have started school now, she has become an extended part of the family.
