| When I first spoke with you I told you of the difficulties I had encountered at my previous day care centre, you assured me that your centre provides itself on its professionalism and that what I had experienced at the other centre would never occur at your centre. Although you seemed sincere in your assurances, experience taught me to expect that what was delivered usually fell short of what was promised, so I was both pleased and suprised to find in this case it did not...
... The centre is obviously well equipped and run, however what impressed me the most about your centre was the staff. They were always polite, friendly and professional in my dealings with them and they were always caring and encouraging with the childrern.

| After several negative experiences at other centres earlier in the year, Sarah came to your centre rather lacking confidence and self esteem. During the past few months it has been wondeful for me to see how she has bloomed with ever increasing self confidence, assertiveness and skill.
From what I have observed, combined with feedback from Sarah, it is obvious that (the Centre) is a very professionally run and well planned centre, with caring and enthusiastic staff and contented children.
