Aero Kids Early Learning Centre is a high quality three year old long day care centre and preschool located at Level 2 (Suite 2.11), 247 Coward St. Aero Kids is a 90 place centre consisting of 6 playrooms, two in each of the age groups 0-18 months (Nursery), 18-30 months (Toddlers) and 30 months - 5 year olds (Preschool). The Centre has large outdoor play areas with quality equipment for for all age groups.

Our opening hours are 7.00am-6.30pm. The all-inclusive daily fee is $88.00 (long day care), which is adjusted down according to parents’ Child Care Benefit (CCB) percentages. Parents are able to recover between 33% and 74% of fees through government assistance. We also offer a Preschool (short day) fee of $68.00 per day for care from 8.30am-4.30pm for children aged over 2.5 years. Information regarding CCB and the Child Care Tax Rebate (CCTR) can be found on the Family Assistance Office’s (FAO) website (www.familyassist.gov.au) or by calling the FAO on 136150.

The set daily fee is all inclusive. Everything is supplied for your child, including nappies, meals, snacks and sunhats as well as visitors/entertainers to the Centre and excursions. Also, we do not do fund raising for the Centre. However, parents of infants will be asked to supply their child’s formula and a bottle for the staff to make up as required. One of our aims is to make using child care as easy as possible for parents.

Aero Kids employ staff at above legal ratio numbers, which enables the development of high quality individual programs for your child. This will enable your child to achieve their optimum developmental and educational levels.

Our qualified and experienced cook will prepare a variety of delicious meals and snacks to meet your child’s recommended daily nutritional requirements while also catering for differing cultural backgrounds, food allergies and intolerances and religious beliefs.

We have dedicated drop off/pick up car spaces for parents, provided under the building.

Aero Kids is owned by ACS Child Care Services, which consists of a partnership of three couples, all with children of their own. ACS also owns and operates a long day care centre in Melbourne. Our Director has a four year University degree in Early Childhood Education, is a passionate children’s advocate and has successfully guided Aero Kids towards obtaining a high standard of accreditation.

It is with great sadness that I have to advise that my son will no longer be attending his favorite place in the world "Aero Kids". I would like to say that he has enjoyed each day at your centre, loves the kids, teachers and has developed so much whilst attending. Due to this it was a very hard decision, but the travel to and from work in the traffic does have its toll on both of us so I have resigned from work. Our experience with the centre and all there has been nothing but positive and I continually sing the centre's praises when anyone inquires where my son goes whilst I am working. I would love for you to open a centre down our way, we would definitely be the first to enrol.

Lucas is leaving Aero Kids and we are quite sad about it. We would like to commend Lorrae and the staff for an amazing job. It has been really hard to find something else that lives up to the standard that I have seen these past 2 years. From the layout of the Early Learning Centre to the amazing caring staff, Lucas has thrived being a part of Aero Kids. Trying to find another Early Learning Centre that lived up to my expectations has been hard and that is because I have been comparing all other Early Learning Centres to Aero Kids and unfortunatley have not found one that I am nearly as happy with. We are only moving Lucas because my company is relocating to Rhodes so I will not be working in the area any more. Thank you and we would love to bring Lucas back for a visit.

My daughter has attended Aero Kids almost since the centre opened in 2006. I have seen her grow from a shy, quiet child into a confident, chatty little girl. She loves to go and 'play with the kids' and always has nice things to tell me about her days.
