I am a parent and we have been with Basma Family daycare for almost 2 years, we have really loved every minute of it. Basma is so warm and caring with our children, and such a great communicator, as well as educator (as parents we all love that)! I always have peace of mind knowing my children are happy and content in her care. So many great activities are on offer whether it be indoors or outdoors there is always such a variety of fantastic learning and opportunity. Our children just love it and look forward to going each time. It’s been really lovely having Basmas support and care, she loves seeing our children grow and develop which is really special for us all. Definitely would recommend for all aspects of childcare.

My son started at Goodstart in the nursery room last year and from day one we have felt confident that every single member of staff genuinely cares about him and his well-being. We absolutely love the team at Goodstart. He is now in the toddler room. Alma and Rincy are such wonderful carers and our son loves spending time with them. They make such an effort to keep things interesting and fun in the room and outside in the huge playarea. It is always very clean and tidy. I don't know how they do it but my son always eats extra servings of each meal so shout out to the kitchen staff! I often bring my older son in with me to pick up and they all make a huge effort to get to know the whole family. I especially want to mention Mel who is just unbelievably kind and caring to our son. They have such an special bond. We are not from Australia originally and Mel asked about our culture and how they could share some interesting things with everyone which was very special to us. Mel is like one of the family 💚 Christine in the office is really helpful and has a wealth of knowledge regarding all the CCS. She is always friendly and willing to listen even though she is super busy. She will make time. We once needed to put our son in for an extra day at the last minute and they were able to squeeze him in which meant so much to us. I would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone who appreciates a caring, safe, fun and educational place for their kids.

My son has been at Werribee little learners for almost 2 years. (Toddler room and kinder room ) It’s a small FAMILY run business, they CARE for kids and they are very reliable. There is a very good communication and I feel very comfortable and confident with all the team members. My son is anaphylactic to peanuts and eggs and they have been absolutely amazing about it, the educators are also trained and they put so many things in place for him (the center in nuts and eggs free) It’s small, everyone is approachable, positive vibes when you enter the center, they do a lot for the kids. Most important, they CARE for the kids and you can feel it !!!!!!! It’s not just a business ! We love it and RECOMMEND it! Meg & Joey
