We've been listening and we have some important updates for you.
We are currently undergoing a significant tech upgrade to ensure our growth and your performance is further accelerated in 2023.
Care for Kids and Toddle have joined forces to create an ecosystem of enquiry generation to accelerate your service growth. You get the benefits of two platforms amplifying your service all for the one same price - we call this multi listing.
We proudly hold the #1 and #2 spots in terms of childcare search with only a 15% audience overlap. We hold this positioning through a detailed strategy and audience segmentation that ensures high-intent families are landing in the right centres for their individual family.
So having two platforms working together ensures you are seen by the right people 24/7, 365 days a year.
So what is changing? | Enquiries - Two become One!
As part of the roll-out of multi listing we are streamlining our enquiry process. Currently, you receive two different enquiry alerts; one from Toddle and one from Care for Kids. Our new platform consolidation will bring these two enquiry flows into the one email.
Easier and more efficient
You will still see all the same important information with an added line detailing the platform it was generated from.
Now you can find your enquiries easier and more efficiently.
Reporting - Beta testing has begun!
We are committed to listening to your feedback and evolving with your changing needs. Therefore, we have been busy working hard to build you a more robust report with all of your requested data.
Today we launch our new BETA report framework. This new report will now feature:
- 12 month view: of ROI and views showing trends.
- Suburb Comparison: How your listing performs relative to other centres in the suburb, both in terms of performance, fees, NQS standards and Google ratings.
- Insight into your suburb: Total searches, ROI, child to place ratios along with your relative performance.
It’s a significant upgrade and will be in full affect across all accounts by mid-year.
We thank our customers who have worked with us to make this happen. We are confident it will reduce the analysis time needed by marketing and operation managers.
