- Parents register the days and locations they need along with their child's age
- Registrations are stored in our secure database
- As vacancies arise simply update your vacancy information and the database returns all matching registrations

NEW - the system now automatically emails your service with new parent registrations whose requirements match your vacancies.
To ensure parent requirements are current the system sends out a monthly reminder asking parents to confirm their registration. If no confirmation is made by the time the next reminder is sent then the registration is marked as inactive.
