How do I invite parents to rate and review my childcare service?

This can be done via your Care for Kids dashboard. Simply login to your account and click on the link "INVITE PARENTS TO RATE".
  1. Wait for pop-up box to appear
  2. Insert email addresses of the parents you wish to invite to rate and review your service (noting a maximum of 40 addresses).
  3. Once entered, click "Invite". This will trigger an email to the parent(s) from our platform with an invitation and link to rate your service.
  4. Once the family has submitted their rating and review for your service, you will receive a copy of their feedback for authorisation to upload.

Your NQS rating will be updated automatically once that information has been updated on the ACECQA register.

Contact support@careforkids.com.au so that your listing can be removed.

If a parent clicks 'Enquire Now', are they applying to enroll at my centre?

No. If a parent clicks Enquire Now, they are requesting a centre visit, hopefully with the intention to enroll. We recommend that all parents visit their chosen centre in person to make sure it's the right fit for their family.

How do I set up real time alert notifications?

You can adjust your settings via your dashboard. Simply login click on "Connect with parents seeking care".

To the right, you can adjust your Real Time Alert Set Up so that you receive notifications via email or text message or both.

Ensure your settings are saved by clicking "UPDATE".

How do I access parent contact details?

If you are on a Basic (free) listing, you can pay per lead ($55.00 + GST per connection). Otherwise get in touch with our Account Management team about upgrading your account. The advantage of this is you can receive the details for the parents in your suburb and surrounding areas if your vacancies match the parents' care requirements.

I have received a waitlist application, what do I do now?

That's great news! Please login to your account where you will be able to view that application and the family's care requirements on your dashboard. Just ensure you contact the family via email or phone to organise a tour of your service.

No, we cannot retrieve this information once removed.

When a parent is interested in visiting your childcare centre, you'll receive an email with their request. A member of our friendly team will also be in contact to help you arrange a centre visit with the family at a time that's mutually suitable.

How can I match my services to vacancies - Child Care Connect

Child Care Connect is an additional service we offer to help Basics and Essentials subscribers connect to parents that are seeking care in your area that match your services vacancies.
The cost per lead is $55+GST on Basic.
This is an optional service. If you don't want to receive Child Care Connect alerts, simply email support@careforkids.com.au, and we'll update your settings.
