| I feel wonderfully happy that our family has found Lori Smith, our Family Daycare Mum. I have never met a more, warm and friendly person. Lori's personal and professional standards are exceptionally high, you notice this as soon as you walk in her door. Her commitment to caring for children and her bright happy inviting home are more than just a safe place to leave you children. I am constantly amazed at how creative she is and how happy and active the children in her care are. My daughter loves going to Lori's place and I love that she is encouraged to initiate play. I believe that young children learn through positive interactions with their environments and Lori facilitates this perfectly with kindness and flexibility. My only wish is that I had found Lori earlier so that my other two boys could have experienced the same joys at daycare as my daughter is now! Sally. |

| Our son Patrick, who turned 5 in September, has been in the care of Lori Smith for the last 12 months. We have always found Lori to be reliable and professional, and extremely warm and hands-on with Patrick and the other children in her care.
Patrick was a little apprehensive at first (as all young ones are when put in a new situation) but was soon put at ease. He was very quickly won over by Lori's loving, caring nature, and of course her home care set-up with Happy Harry and the fantastic play room with endless things for little ones to do.
Patrick thinks the world of Lori and is actually now disappointed to be finishing up with her at the end of the year for his next venture on to Prep. We are sure, however, that he will enjoy keeping her up to date with his progress.
We have made a lifelong friendship with Lori and her family. Our children are precious and finding someone as special as Lori to look after them was extremely important to us. We would not hesitate in recommending Lori to be entrusted to look after anyone's child.
Thank you Lori for everything all year. You are a special person and Patrick has loved being a part of your family and we will miss you.
